The Judiciary Committee considered SENATE BILL NO. 41 "An                      
Act relating to reports by fishing vessels that are not registered under       
the laws of the state," and recommended it be replaced with                    
                                                                               
CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 41(JUD), entitled:                                     
"An Act relating to reports by fishing vessels that                           
are not licensed under the laws of the state."
